I’ve upgraded my workstation and I don’t think I could be much happier with what I’ve got. 8th gen i7 8700k, Geforce GTX 1080 ti, and 32gb ram, with a nice 27″ new monitor to go with it. I’m sure I’ll get a lot of work done.
What work is that? Well, making a game, of course. I’ve been hesitant to post much about it because it is still early in the process, but the work is going fast, and I want this dev blog to be active, so I have to share something at some point.
So, I’ll start here, with a screenshot:
Of course, this is more concept/mood art than finished art. I just wanted to throw something in there that felt better to look at than borrowed and basic assets. One of the worlds in my game, the medium difficulty one I think, will be this concept, but, hopefully, the end result will look a lot better.
