I’ve been quiet lately, but I’ve also been working hard. I needed a shift, so I took a break from my Gas Giant/Cloud City planet (which is meant to be the 2nd difficulty level in the game) and start working on the Terrain Planet (which is meant to be the 1st level, easiest). I’ve done a lot, which I hope to write up more posts about later. I’ve created a procedurally generated terrain and I’ve created (and am still creating) layer masks to help the tiles blend together better. I’ve learned a lot and find myself wanting to dig into making the game more than just about anything else.
