Things aren’t always what they seem. For example, I had previously made a material/shader that was so complicated that it lagged drastically, even with my 1080i. I messed around with it, posted the update, and I thought, “wow, this is so much better”, because there was no lag. I may have celebrated a little early. Today I turned on the Shader Complexity view mode, and I saw this:
Now, you may notice that bright white and pink area? The one that the key labels as “Extremely bad”, those are my clouds.
It was never intended to be a finished or final material, but it’s clear that I still have a lot of work to do on it.
